Kevin Visel, president and photographer/videographer for Primavera Studios commented, "We originally intended this workshop to be a time of in-depth training for our own photography assistants. Eventually, we began to consider how helpful this type of training would be to so many aspiring photographers in our area as well, so we decided to open the workshop up to the public. The Spring Fever Workshop will be held at Primavera Studios in Madison and will be taught by Kevin and Kelsey Visel. Together, they will provide a comprehensive overview of subjects pertinent to portrait and wedding photography, including camera basics, lighting, composition, and digital editing. The workshop will also offer opportunities for hands-on experience, featuring two live photo shoots and group critique. The cost per person for the workshop will be $350 and will include breakfast and lunch on each of the four days. The number of attendees will be limited to 10.
