Press Release Summary

The Steering Committee for the Honor Program at California State Prison-Los Angeles County (CSP-LAC) has released a formal proposal to bring genuine reform to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR).  The plan is presented by the Steering Committee, comprised of prisoners who reside on the Honor Yard (Facility-A at CSP-LAC), and not by any entity of the CDCR. 01-25-2007
